Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Litehouse packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
